Propelling Potential respects the privacy rights of individuals and is committed to handling Personal Data responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Propelling Potential is responsible for deciding how to hold and use Personal Data about you. The Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how the site collects, uses, discloses, transfers, and stores your Personal Data and the rights you have in connection with that data. This Policy applies to the interactions you have with the Propelling Potential websites and Flourishing at Work mobile application or digital assets that display this Policy. 

Propelling Potential and its mobile application Flourishing at Work stores certain types of information whenever you interact with it. The website and app automatically receives and records certain "traffic data” including your IP address and cookie information, the page you requested, and your communications and interactions with other users. We use this traffic data to help diagnose problems with its server, analyze trends and administer our websites. Propelling Potential automatically collects usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to the websites and use of the Flourishing at Work mobile app. The Flourishing at Work app collects name, email, and personal goal information, including photos that users choose to upload into the app. We may use this information to provide research, advice and information, including, without limitation, for benchmarking purposes (e.g. we may publish an industry white paper that uses information collected through the use of these websites). This information is typically used in the aggregate. This type of collective information also enables us to figure out how often customers use parts of the websites so we can make them appealing to as many customers as possible. In addition, we may provide statistical information to our partners about how our customers, collectively, use these websites. We may share this type of statistical information so that our partners also understand how often people use areas of these websites, so that they, too, may provide you with an optimal experience. We also collect and use information for internal purposes.
